Our Centre

The house is situated in Royton, a neighbourhood in the town of Oldham, Greater Manchester. We are a seven minute walk away from Royton centre where there are community resources such as health services, a supermarket, shops, banks, the library, leisure centre, restaurants, places of worship, and a local market. There are also bus services to Oldham, Shaw, Rochdale, Ashton-Under-Lyne, and Manchester regularly running from the precinct.

We are one mile away from Royal Oldham Hospital and two miles away from Oldham town centre where mainstream shops and transport links including, busses, and trams can be found. We are also on the doorstep of Tandle Hill Country Park. We are situated close to the M60 and M62 motorway networks.

The house can accommodate up to three families at any one time. Our property is a warm, welcoming setting, based in a large family home, which has been sensitively converted to suit the needs of its residents. It is decorated to a high standard and our aim is to keep the feel of a family home as much as possible.

The house offers three spacious bedrooms for families on the first floor, one with ensuite, and a shared modern bathroom. The second floor is purposed for staff use. The ground floor offers communal living spaces including an open plan lounge and dining room and well equipped kitchen and utility room. We have a small private garden and are facing an accessible open greenspace.
